For centuries, nearly 60 000 movable cultural values have been collected in the museum - the "living" memory of Bulgaria’s past
Since 2014 Regional Ethnographic Museum – Plovdiv and Google Arts&Culture cooperate successfully. On June 8th this year they presented the new virtual exhibition "Alafranga Fashion".
The 6th edition of the Balkan Wine Festival, organized by Galina Niforou and Konstantinos Lazarakis MW, took place on the 3rd and 4th of June.
On the 12th and 13th of May, during the Sofia Science Festival in Sofia Tech Park the # BG10xEU Hackathon took place on the occasion of the 10 years membership of Bulgaria in the EU.

The Regional Ethnographic Museum – Plovdiv reached 100 years. On this occasion on 20th April the exhibition "THE MUSEUM.
Over the beautiful Bulgarian holiday of Lazarovden, on the 8th of April, the Zoological Garden of Sofia organized a festive concert dedicated to the adopters of animals and to the donors.
