On the 13^th of June, H. E. Mr. Stavros Avgoustidis, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cyprus to the Republic of Bulgaria, opened a charity exhibition at the Embassy with 80 of his own paintings.

Some of the funds from the exhibition will be donated to the "For Our Children" Foundation, which actsfor the development and happy childhood of the most vulnerable children in Bulgaria at an early age. H. E. Mr. Stavros Avgoustidis has been working with and supporting the foundation since 2015.

The exhibition gathered many ambassadors, diplomats, journalists, public figures and friends who enjoyed the wonderful works of the ambassador-artist and whosupported the noble cause.

With this event, H. E. Mr. Stavros Avgoustidis told us "Goodbye", as his mandate will end this summer. And as he said in his address to the guests: "We leave Bulgaria, but we do not say "goodbye forever ". These four years have gone really fast, but I am glad to see so many friends and supporters here today".

Ivanka Shalapatova, Executive Director of "For Our Children" Foundation, thanked the Ambassador for his help and support over the years and gave him a picture with the handprints of one of the children, who now lives happily in a family.
