It was organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Republic of Bulgaria and was held at the House of Cinema from the 9th to the 12th of November.

Four films, created over the last six years, have attracted the interest of both Korean and foreign audiences. The Korean Film Week was personally opened by H. E. Mr. Shin Boonam, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea in Bulgaria; after that the film "Detective K" (2011) - a historical criminal comedy from the time of the Joseon dynasty was screened. On the following days were also shown: "My Pavarotti" (2013) - a drama based on a real case; "Confidential Assignment" (2017) - comedy action-thriller starring Hyun Bin and the feature-length animation "Green Days" (2011) with friendship, love and maturation as central themes.
