On November 27, H. E. Mrs. Brandusha Predescu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Romania to the Republic of Bulgaria,

hosted a reception on the occasion of the country's National day at the Hyatt Regency Hotel Sofia. The date of the National day of the country - December 1, marks the  unification of Transylvania and Romania and the establishment of a united state in 1918.

The guest of honor was the Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria - Academician Nikolay Denkov, members of the government and the National Assembly, the mayor of Sofia Municipality, representatives of the diplomatic corps, business, the judiciary, the media, cultural figures, friends of Romania and Romanians living in Bulgaria.

High-end Romanian brands from the automotive, food and alcohol industries were presented at the event. An exhibition of paintings was also shown, which, along with diplomacy, emphasized Romanian entrepreneurship, its values ​​and the ability to strongly build Romania's image abroad.

Guests enjoyed wonderful wines and dishes prepared especially for the celebration.
