On the 22nd of March the Association for Cultural Products and International Exchange "Spectrum 21", the Union of Bulgarian Journalists and the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore Studies with the Ethnographic Museum – BAS and the media partnership of "Diplomatic spectrum"
