On the 10th of October, in the 224 audience of the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", the International Scholarship Program of the German Bundestag (Internationales Parlaments Stipendium, IPS) was presented.

All expenses for travel and subsistence, as well as, the monthly scholarship of the selected youths are covered by the German parliament. The IPS-program has existed for 30 years, since 1995 it has included Bulgaria, and starting from this year there will be representatives of the Arab countries.
