E. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sachdeva, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Bulgaria, along with his wife - Mrs. Promila Sachdeva held a dinner on the 17th of February at their residence, with which they said "Goodbye" to their Bulgarian partners and friends.
Among the invitees were employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, representatives of the business, education and culture sectors, journalists, Indologists, interns who received training in the Indian program for technical and economic cooperation (ITEC).
With heartfelt words H. E. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sachdeva turned to his guests and thanked them for their cooperation during his tenure in Bulgaria. He focused on some brighter results from it such as the creation of the Indo-Bulgarian Business Association, the celebration of the International Day of Yoga, the festival of Indian culture in Varna, the presentation of Indian films on Sofia MENAR Film Festival and others. The ambassador emphasized on the work of the Indian Program for Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC), thanks to which many of our compatriots from different social spheres, especially the state administration, took part in training internships in India and so they had the opportunity to get familiar with the Indians and their culture.
