Two important events took place in our capital on the occasion of the start of the Finnish Presidency of the Council of the EU (1 July - 31 December 2019).
This is how was called the event organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia and the International Organization of the Francophonie within the framework of Armenia's rotating presidency of the IOF on the 27th of May at the French Institute in Bulgaria.
